The ability to pull game data from old N64 roms and play them on a PC emulator allows players to do far more than just revisit old glories it also allows modders to update and replace graphics and textures. While the days when the Nintendo 64 was sold on Walmart shelves may be long gone, the spirit of the system continues to live on through the ever-resourceful modding community.
